SELOC

Some people really need to get out more…

I still read the forums when at work, but I’m glad I don’t post on there anymore.

It currently looks like this by the way…

It’s getting there, but the bodywork takes a long time to get right.

To be fair… I know I have given you a bit of stick in the past, but it does look great !

Hope it goes as well as it looks

I’m glad I side stepped the GT3 bodywork, as much as it looks cool, does look like a total pain to get looking right.

The clams from ttexige are shit, I don’t know what Greek George’s ones are like.
My bodywork will fit perfectly but have a very rough finish as I want to be able to drive the car without worrying about it all the time, it would take a long time to get perfect and I’m just not that interested.

Just added you on facebook so I can keep up to date with you build as i found it pretty interesting, I see the tiebars we spoke about have been fitted, have to just put big washers behind the clam or are they connected up to the crash structure?

Will the rear clam line up better than that on the rear wheel arch ?

I haven’t sorted the front tie bars properly yet, that’s on the to do list.

The rear clam fits fine now, it’s just not connected to the rear quarters in that picture. It didn’t fit fine though, it sat further out to the drivers side than passenger side so I had to cut it down the middle, pull the left side out and then fill the gab to get it sitting central.

Can’t you continue your build thread on here?

Nah, I’d rather just finish the damn thing now so I can drive it
