I’m sure that it is very good at catching any road offender, but wouldn’t the guilty party have more than enough time to get away? Once stopped, it would surely take minutes for the nice tall Police officer to extract himself from the car, and then another half an hour to extract his hat from the cargo net.

Lets hope they don’t have to chase anyone over speed bumps quickly!
