Just installing a set of vernier pulleys supplied by DVA, anyone know what is the correct setting for lift at TDC?

You’re better off asking him the latest settings, and the way to set them with lift at TDC. He explained me.
But from my records it was (mm lift @ TDC):
Int: 3.175 Exh: 2.667
