Hi all,
Bought some v6 mirror bases for s2 but have decided to stick with what I have.
They are brand new lotus units that I have had professionally flatted, painted, hydrodipped in carbon effect and laquered.
They have come out great and really do look the part.

They do look good on the S2. A tiny bit wider and taller to aid visibility.
I had them on mine, I just like the CF.
must resist, the draw of carbon is strong…
I have them on mine, does improve the rear view but £160 
I did the 3D CAD and tooling on these. If they were manufactured as Lotus inhouse design team had them originally, they would have sink marks on the A surface as the internal ribs were badly designed.
You should be ok then ade, as these items are not carbon 
Not sure weather to fit them… Do they look OK as I’m having second thoughts they look to wide.
The hydrodipping was quite expensive. Almost as much as the real thing.

I have the wider ones on mine and nobody would know to look at, use them
New price for Christmas folks.
Will it make my Exige faster?
Do like them, sort of thing id want to see on the car before parting with cash.
