Abit of advanced notice really, I pick up my S2 in a weeek or so and intend to flog off the winter tyres and replace them with Toyos/Yoko’s… etc.
One rear is new (1 week old)
the other 3 are about 4 months old and have plenty of tread.
Not sure of the make, but will update.
Either collect from Snetterton (soon) or they go in the bin (at Snetterton)…

2 x 225/45 17 (one is 3 weeks and 300 odd miles old)

New, these retail at something like �600+ (I know…)

I thought the standard tyres were the A048’s and the ‘standard all weather’ ones were the Advans ?
Maybe I should up the asking price…
Advan = Yokohamas performance brand
Advan Neova / AD07 is the Elise optimised road tyre
Anything starting AO is a more hardore competition tyre.
AO39 is the std Exige S1 tyre, its nice and soft and it has lots of tread. Its quite a rare tyre and costs much more than an A048… see
