S2 vs GT3 S2 differences

I have just been watching a video about a GT3 S2 thats for sale over in the Netherlands.

I noted a couple of things but the one I am most interested in at the minute was / is the differing front area above the rad

I note that the left and right vents are replaced by a trio of vents but they look mostly blocked off.

Any idea why? I assume just a styling thing?

Other noteable differences are where the oil cooler positioning vents on the regular car. Was a lamiova used on the GT3?

What a cool looking thing.

I’m guessing that the clams are quick release and hinged to do basic things like access the brake fluid reservoir to the front?
