I have this harness bar for sale. Taken from my S2 Exige, but should also fit 111R, and I believe all S2 Elise’s. Comes as shown in the pictures with eye bolts for clip in harnesses, and also the Shroth tabs to allow additional adjustment if the seats have been reclined.
