I’ve been struggling with poor running when starting the car from cold. If I start the car and try to accelerate the engine bogs down. If I let it idle for 10 seconds the problem goes away.

Now I think this is a common problem with the toyota and ofter the induction kit is blamed. But I think that I may have discovered the problem.

I’ve just recharged my battery and now its been fine for the last few days. Previous to that it would happend everytime.

I was hoping that this nugget of information may save a wasted trip to the dealer for some of you. I would also be interested if any others have noticed this?
