S2 Exige on Silver wheels instead of Black

Has anyone changed their black wheels for silver or had them painted. I know the Cup has silver wheels but would like to see a piccy of the standard wheels in silver

Yep, had the wheels changed on both my na Exige and no my Exige S , Some pics of my old na Exige but looks the same as my S as its the same colour and colour coded . www.homepage.mac.com/paulnorth1/PhotoAlbum4.html

So I suppose I just need to find even more money to have them painted, as well as the up front amount I cant really afford for the car

I’ve got the lightweight wheels that come in silver. My cars Magnetic Blue S2 which suits the silver wheels well.

…besides Silver on a ‘Gold’ car… really??? Surely not???

EXIGE wheels look best in black,waste your hard earned if you feel the need ,but the money could be used elsewhere (ecu upgrade,niton,zorst etc etc)rather than spraying them silver.
If they were already silver fine,but painting black wheels silver(on factory black paint,that was badly done in the first place) to me is mad.

I agree that there are better things to spend what I haven’t got on. I have to say though that “moomins” glacier blue with silver wheels looks great. Black is ok on some colours, but I do think silver would be better on Mushy Pea Green, sorry Autumn Gold. Perhaps I need to live with the car for a while before/if I change the colour

Silver wheels are fine, as long as you keep them clean

But black is so much easier to live with � especially if you have racing pads and track it a lot
