S1 wanted.... for a friend of course

Hi All,

Any one looking to sell their s1 ???

Since parting with my s2 I’ve got a big empty space in the garage that doesn’t look right…

That’s my boy

Had the same problem …cost a lot to fill, the space …but dont regret it .one bit
Bit cold in the garage doing the refurb though.
Roll,on spring.when I plan a trip to all the Alpine passes. A la SELOC Stelvio…anybody done that?

Hahaha… The other half dosnt know yet… She keeps browsing the evora section on PH

You just missed a nice one Kieran

Don’t tell me things like that…

Would go either way I think… Nice and standard or a honda or audi car as long as it’s done right… Waynes old audi car was truly epic.

I am still regretting not moving on Waynes car. :frowning:

And selling Shrek last year. :frowning:

Shrek was stunning, not seen much of it since??? Or Waynes come to think of it, are they still around?

I sold Shrek to Sean ‘darn sarf’ Kieran.

Wayne’s car truly was epic.

Seems to have disappeared

It was up at around 35 iirc??

I’d imagine it sold for that too.

I should have bought it as well, gutted I didn’t :frowning:

You should have bought an S1 ages ago Ade.

Stop reminding me, I have been so close on so many occasions, I nearly bought a laser blue S1 to match my S2 when they were £18k! Oh how I regret that choice :frowning:

I know Ade. I looked at a later blue s1 before I bought my blue s2.

Looking back I made the right choice at the time as the s1 had a lot of big gaps and missing paperwork…

Times come to scratch the s1 itch

I’m thinking of selling mine :frowning:

Car tuned and dynod by Simon Scuffham at TDI Dartford, last dyno 334 bhp at the wheels

Car is full road legal but best suited for track work. I raced the car mainly at Castle Combe in the Gt series from 2006 - 2010 in which year it won the championship outright with 2 previous championship runner ups and 4 championship class wins. It has been very reliable with only a couple of minor race induced breakdowns

Car is in need of some tlc but it is great car and will be sorely missed if I decide to sell.

Paintwork is very stone chipped on front section and their are marks around the car but for track work I don’t think it’s worth bothering with. Realistically, car could do with a good check over (joints, bushes etc) and a good clean but saying that I would have no hesitation on taking it out on track as it is.
FYI - The heater and air on have been remove. It does have a heated windscreen. Race weight with fuel and Leggaro wheels/slicks is about 780kg, in road spec about 800kg

Cheers Mark
