How often should the valve clearences be checked on the K series, it seams very strange that the Exige S1 service sheet does not have any checks on it?
I am about to do a B service (Engine replaced 2 years ago, A service 1 year ago) and would have thought a vlave clearence chack is needed.
When they start rattling 
- if they were shimmed correctly, still should be ok 
After 68k on my VHPD all my clearances were within 2 thou - btw most K’s have hydraulic lifters, but the ol’ VHPD is shimmed
Oh and the spare VHPD installed in the car at the mo - clearances are similarly ok (cheers Benja )
