My 14 year old daughter may be coming to live with me from tomorrow onwards. This would mean me moving to a different area so that she could stay at the same school.
I’d need to rent a place for now and may need a quick fire sale of 408.
It’s laser blue 192bhp and completely standard, circa 36K miles.
OEM options are air con, seats, removable momo and the carbon air box.
Stunning service history and just had (July) A service at B&C, MOT as well as new Toyo R888R’s all round.
Not sure when the last suspension refresh was done and the paintwork has many stone chips.
All manuals, stamped service history etc etc
Invoices for lots of work.
Car is in Haywards Heath.
If I was looking for a quick cash sale and I won’t know for sure for a few days, would anyone on here be keen or know anyone???
I think the car must be worth 27-29K but I’d obviously accept less due to my circumstances.
Any thoughts?

Mat appreciate the circumstances, I’d position at £29k, just photograph it well, and detail a good advert. When I buy I always want the reassurance of a knowledgeable and enthusiastic previous owner.
There are people looking. It’s low enough in miles, and I think you’ll get plenty of interest.
Hope the option to keep it exists, but family first - best with it.

Unfortunately it’s not a garage issue, it’s needing the money for a second property.
Not many available at the moment and the 2 hanging around at dealers now seem to have gone (I bought the Snows Hedge End one 
). I’d usually suggest you sold a little on the cheap side for a quick sale, but that could just raise suspicions that it’s cheap for the wrong reasons.£28 or £29k still looks cheap compared to the others out there at the moment, but not cheap enough to make people think there is something wrong with it.
At £28-29k it is the same price range the 2 dealer cars went for, in some respects might be a little high for a fast cash sale. I hope not though…
Both dealer cars had some issues though, the B&C issues were well noted and the Snows one didn’t have the right interior and suggestions were that it was a bit tatty (interior now sorted, not sure I agreed with the tatty comments someone made), but I bought as I knew the previous owner who’d had it for the last 7 / 8 years).
There doesn’t seem to be much difference these days with dealer and private prices, which is a little strange, but perhaps people are slightly more trusting of a private seller who has owned the car for a good period of time, rather than a dealer who knows little about the car.
What was the warranty you got with it?
6 Months. I intend to drive it a fair bit, so hopefully any issues will get ironed out (a few have been already)
