I may be wrong, but doesn’t it have fibreglass on the inside?

is it wet lay or pre-preg, if its wet lay then its probably the same weight as the fibreglass ones.

does look nice though

That must be pre-preg IMO.
As Dave said, if there is f/g inside the weight can not be much less than the original. Although, it might be Kevlar.
AFAIR, the original Exige S1 clam weighs about 28 kg.
BTW, it looks fantastic!

how many repairs did it have, mine weighs at least half that
