S1 for sale .....gulp

It changed hands only recently, I suspect £40k+ was paid (reading comments on Facebook). Will probably be more like £50k to persuade him to part with it! :astonished:

£55k?

I hate cock sockets who put POA instead of the price

Guess this is it…

Looks lovely, and probably a sound investment.

The Lazer Blue, 13,200 mile car is my car. I actually put it up for sale on here the other day (in the cars for sale section), it’s not a desperate sell but it probably makes sense to let it go to someone who will use it a little more than I will be doing. If the comment about POA is aimed at me, I don’t think I ever put it as POA but apologies if so, I’m looking for £55k for it.

Lol no, it was a different car.

I hope you get the asking price, we all do of course owning the same car

Good luck with the sale.

Advert now taken down from pistonheads, did it sell?

It’s not on Pistonheads, it’s just on the for sale section on here

Steady on Dris. You’ll have to wait a little longer to find out if you can retire on yours.

A nice looking Honda conveted Exige S1 showed up on Seloc:

That’s Quo (Christian)’s car and it is indeed a fantastic car. I think there’s an ad on here too…

im sure this will start another forum issue…but just for reference i never refused to pay for any parts, i have the invoice from him and a payment made by BACS to him for that amount.

The issue was when i came to collect the car, half the suspension didnt have any nuts one which he didnt tell me, the rollcage only had 2 bolts in it and apart from the parts being blasted and powdercoated, nothing else was done.

As i was loading the car onto the trailer he stated he had worked an extra day more than what he had billed me for and wanted another £150, at that point i said ok, only to get home to find all the nuts missing and things not done, at that point i didnt pay him anymore.

I can name 4 different people that has been messed around and ripped off by him.

Gearbox built wrong
Pinching parts from one customer to be used on others
engines failing

He maybe the darling on there but I was told by one of the customers that he cant say anything because he fears it will affect the value of his car that had the conversion done.

anyway, im not here to sell anything, just enjoy different peoples modifications, so continue on

Let’s not service this thread resurfacing a comment made over a year ago…life’s too short tbh Lee.

I see Sam’s car and that mint 3k miler have disappeared off PH and been replaced with a couple of newbies.

Lol what did it go for Sam

Should a 190 carry a premium over 170? I was just looking at spec and only two have the 190 unpgrade, sport seats and AC and those two both have 30k miles but are £10k apart.

It sold for my asking price…near enough anyway…i like the way how some people trying to talk down the value of the S1 Exige lol, there are only 600 of them. Anyway, safe driving everyone!

Nice one Sam

None of them get driven so it makes no difference.

Keith

Mine does, weekly, all year round. 46,000 miles now, so it won’t be of interest to collectors.

What about the stone chip collectors?
