S1 Exige, Gunmetal, 37.5k miles, Air Con, 340r seats with harnesses, owned by myself since Dec 04, 2 previous owners. Full service history with C service carried out 6 weeks ago. Car is 177 spec with Nitrons and AP disks (both fitted less than 1000 miles ago) Pagid RS42’s, Edwards diffuser & exhaust, HID headlights. New rear AO48’s fitted. Paintwork has some stone chipping on the front and rear clams and this is reflected in the asking price. During the time I have owned the car the oil has been changed every 3k miles with Mobil1/Silkolene. Selling due to house purchase.
did you try post a pic??
saw the photo on pistonheads…nice.
i’m kinda just feeling the market out just now for s1 and s2,need to wait till hopefully early next year till i can get one.
Hey, I want it and I’ve already got one of that colour (rare and the best! ), age and (pretty much) spec!
Sad it’s only worth that much, even if it’s done 20k more than mine. Although 20k is a lot for tracked VHPD but if it’s proved it’s built right (which I’d say 35+k does) and has been looked after (and Mobly 1 every 3k certainly shows that) then it sounds like very good value to me!
I’m ashamed to say I never actually got around to tracking it, and I dont think the previous owners did either. I had booked up for Donny in April but my boss put paid to that. Maybe thats why its lasted so long being a 177 with road miles on.
Well that should certainly help you sell it. I’m not saying that a well looked after tracked car isn’t as good, but it should certainly prove some lower wear. As long as the engine got a good workout once in a while you have to be close to ideal spec AND price.
Somebody bite his hand off before the price goes up!
