I’m after an S1 exige, I don’t need a low milage car just clean, fairly standard and with air con.
Thanks.

3-4 on Pistonheads currently. The Silver car looks to my eyes very nice. Best with your search.
You’ll need to check every bit of the AC system with a fine tooth comb. Very unlikely you’ll find a car with working AC. Very unlikely you’ll be able to check it all without buying it first. I wouldn’t be too fussy, on the upside you’ve shed 15kg and in an S1 that’s bloody lovely.
I’m with jonnyfox on this one…save the weight and added hassle, simply wind down the windows
I don’t know of any S1 Exiges with aircon that works or worked when new. Mine can do a modestly cooled puff at best. On the other hand, the face level vents are nice and it has better controls.
I’d concur with this…like the “modestly cooled puff” comment that was being generous
Reminds me of a description of the heater efficiency when Triumph first fitted such luxuries to the earlier TR’s - “Like having an elderly lady blow politely on your knees…”

At my age, I’d be delighted if an elderly lady blew on my knees, politely or otherwise . . .

I so very nearly replied similarly but stopped myself
I appear not to have an “off” button
