Ok, I’m listing this as the original thread seems to have disappeared 
and believe me I’ve searched the forum despite it having over 10k views.
This thread was originally setup by myself (PMYHILL) and Graham (M7EXG) to try and find as many S1 Exiges as produced.
After speaking to Andy Graham (Lotus Technical Archives) he has confirmed that a total of 604 S1 Exiges were build + 2x Prototypes: 1 in RHD and 1 in LHD.
Car #1 is actually owned by MrAdmin, creator of this very forum.
Car #601 was the last car that rolled off the production line and has had its bulkhead signed by a lot of Lotus Staff that were involved in the production/build. This has been well documented and is a true piece of history News - PistonHeads UK
