Hi guys,
I’m currently in the process of an Exige conversion, and wondered if people could show me some photos of their tailgates, more specifically how the hinge mounts to the tailgate and also the striker latch.
I have had the framework made, but this doesn’t have any fixing points. I have a genuine hinge and striker latch so would be good to see what else I need to get the framework ready to bind the perspex onto etc.

I haven’t but could be quite good to do. I’ve been taking pictures as I go, mainly so I can remember how to put everything back!

Yes get a build thread started, they’re always interesting to read. I think, if I remember rightly from when I did my conversion, the latch mechanism is the same as a mk2 Mondeo boot latch, like this
