S1 Exige Compomotive Wheels. NOW SOLD.

I have a set of fully restored Compomotive wheels for an S1. They have been checked and enamelled, new labels fitted (black on black) and nano waxed… I posted these a few months ago and there where questions if they would foul the chassis, I could not see why the would as the offsets are correct and they came off an S1 Exige. I have fitted tyres and have been driving around on them with no problems, less than 100 miles since the refurb. I purchased them to use for “wets” on track days but have since converted to a Caterham so the S1 has retired from track activity. I think they look pretty stunning. Ideal for a second set of wheels or an Elige. Very rare and I have been advised very strong for track action. I think they are a bit lighter than standard but I have not weighed the two sets. I do not have centre caps but Compomotive caps are available on ebay.

I want to recover what I have spent on them which is around £1400.

I would so have these if I didn’t have s2 uprights. My favourite wheel for an s1 exige.

woww…this will look so good on orange s1!!!

I really like them but they are just stacked in the garage, which is a shame. The refinish is a top quality job by 1st Class Alloys in Lichfield… They use the same wheel nuts as the normal S1 Exige wheels so they just bolt on.

Great wheels!! I remember back in the day virtually begging Compomotive to remake these, but they wouldn’t.
