I bought mine for £23k 50k miles almost 2 years ago. Maybe £25-6k would be more appropriate with appreciation IMO over that time.

I had thought its just the price of them now in this condition with 31k miles. Keep an eye and see if it moves quickly.
I think it’s perfectly fair price wise. Mid £30s seems the norm, I don’t know anything about that car, but 30k miles is low. If I was buying I’d be on look out for sports seats and harnesses but that’s just my preference, and they do add £’s and desirability.
