Has anyone ever taken off the black plastic section from the rear clam to the bellows that connects to the interwarmer (sorry I mean cooler)? Mine is just a waste of space but I can’t see how to remove it

They’re bonded into the clamshell with the same stuff that sticks the sills to the chassis
Is it a clam off to remove it, or can I do it in place?
Probably just about do able with the clamshell on, but will be seriously uncomfortable leaning over the side, then up under the top of the clamshell.
One of those jobs that you ask yourself, am I gaining anything for a couple of hours of frustration??
