not wanting to rain on the Komotec parade but, I know what I had to do to get around 300hp, and you will not get it without a decent manifold and a smaller pulley.the absolute most you will see is 265ish based on 12% losses, the konotec CC is worse that yours as it is a water jacket around a bad Lotus IC.
What you really want is midrange torque to be fast not peak HP anyway, wait till the 30th and then make a more informed decision?
Also you could always fit some of the bits yourself as you seem handy with a spanner, or getting it all done at once should work out cheaper, If you get the Sincs setup IMHO you will get the best solution that also gives you a path for more upgrades.

I have to say I dont understand how they do it as Sincs need manifolds etc to get to 300bhp, however I really can’t see how they can call the Kit a 300bhp kit if it does not produce the goods, the guys who have them seem to have got pretty good dyno results from what I gather by speaking to them and I have never heard of an owner having a bad time of it with one?
Komotec are German and they are generally pretty good engineers and at tuning, maybe its just a little German magic
As I said before if Sincs will tune my IC like Charlie seems to be able too I’ll take it to them as thats my prefered route (keep it light).
