I had nitrons fitted and the front end is now lower and causing me issues, lost the front plate a couple of times recently so having to drive like Miss Daisy unless the road is like a snooker table
I run mine at about 108 and 115, it was actually set to give 102mm at the front edge of the splitter, speed bumps are “supposed” to be 100mm max, therefore my splitter should always clear, in the event of it hitting a speed bump, I report it as being incorrect to the local council. They have reprofiled 3 for me now
123/128 just about cleared everything and didn’t prove a disadvantage on track. Lower would have caused issues getting over the slight incline onto my drive, getting on my trailer and getting over some local speed bumps (private road don’t you know).
When i had my Nitrons on my last Exige they were ,115 120 I used to catch on a few speed bumps. Current Ohlins wont go any lower than 120 and i think they wont adjust lower than 125 in-practise. I found myself to be equally as slow on both ride height settings.
Factory does not advise anything lower than 120 on the front. You start to run out of ball joint movement on the front uppers if you go lower then that. That doesnt meanto say you cant lower it more than that.
If you want to lower it properly then buy the 2-11 suspension components.
Holes in the inner with 130/130 and Nitron track springs. I think it is normal. I have stuck a thick plastic bag over the holes on the inside with gaffer tape. Quality repair.
