Think the changes look and sound good, no indication on any price changes though!

hmmm improved aero that sustains exactly the same downforce as the current pack…how does that work? Is the rear wing still body mounted, not chassis?

I thought that too, I guess the point is the lower drag factor, however they dont really say how much lower.
Personally I dont like it, I dont think the GT3 spoiler works on the std width car and the front just looks re hashed and cheap, I really hope it looks better in the plastic than the pics.
Normally I really like what lotus do styling wise but this just does not hit the spot with me and its the first time thats ever happened.

I have just had another look at it and I am convinced the whole thing is ruined by the slats in the front vents, do away with those and I think it would look much better at the front.

It is starting to look very square!
I am not keen at all to be honest
I think its a shame that the front splitter now look like its an aftermarket add on. I like how on mine you can tell its part of the integral design.
Mixed view on the rear spolier. At least it will work now instead of flapping around off the boot lid and i always thought it should be wider. Not sure about the over engineered look of the mounts and it’ll be hard to get stuff in and out of the boot now.
I like the way the new rear wing looks like it is now there for aerodynamic purposes - not cosmetic.
Alex
All good . Looks wise front ends a bit Porsche which I quite like actually ! Same too, like the rear wing never been a fan of the exhaust in the diffuser, that would of been a good change! Overall…like it a lot, certainly not square sits well I reckon!
I’m at Geneva next week so will have a look and get some pics
The styling reminds me of the last GT3:

Improved aerodynamic efficiency is good but how much will it weigh?
Cheap attempt to reproduce the GT3 - not good!
It’s not trying to reproduce the GT3 taking styling cues surely isn’t a bad thing!
My jury is out at the mo …
Doesn’t seem to race my pulse ,
Agree with JF about the exhaust… I like the rawness of the eliminator look …
I think the rear wing is a tad “jappy” to me…
Also have to follow like a sheep and say that I’m not too keen on the lourve in the front dam…
JFK not pleading with bank managers for this one i’m afraid…
Roof precision!

Thanks to Sebastien from Paris for taking these pictures in Geneva.
That looks a little to close for comfort. Slight bit of movement in the rear clam/ engine lid and you won’t be getting anything out of the boot !!
Also how do you lift the boot when there isn’t a spolier to pull on (suppose same as S1)
Mmmmmmmmmm…Ice White
Wasn’t it great when there were just Exiges and we all loved them as they were (They didn’t need to call it S1 until the S2 came along)…I’ve lost count of the variations now - probably more Exige variants than Toyota Corolla variants!
Yo Mike,
Exigeness comes in many forms. Enjoy

Bring on the masses
There is one thing to come of of it I suppose and thats the new bootlid, we can fit that and get a proper spoiler fitted now
Whats the betting it still weighs a ton though!
