Rev count feed

Does anyone know if the rev count is an available signal from the diagnostics port? I would like feed it to my data logger.

It is, race technology do an ODB cable that allows the D1 to be connected. Ok for RPM but for anything else, throttle position for example the sampling rate is too slow.

Its the OBD that are too slow. The DL1 will sample at 100Hz but the OBD gives about 3Hz if I remember.

IMHO its better to get the signals you want direct from the coil pack feed and the TPS.
