Any tips? I can remove it from the paint no problem with auto glym tar or bug remover but its seriously stuck to my armourfend.
No idea, however when my (ex)S2 was serviced at Sinclaires the car always came back with the Armourfend as ‘new’ (ish).
I think a mixture of tar/bug remover + a hot jet/pressure washer may have been used.
Autoglym tar remover works for me! 
Hmmmm, Autoglym tar remover has always worked in the past for me but not it only works on my paint and not the armourfend…
I wonder if a scratch remover will work on it?
WD-40 works well unless the Armourfend takes the paint off…

Are you sure it’s just stuck to the armourfend ?
What I mean is … what looks like stuck rubber and tar may actually be under the surface of the armourfend cos it’s got stone chips in etc.etc. This was the case with mine …
Had to remove it to make it look ok again …
I’ve had this problem too, I found that a de-greaser worked ok but I still have marks along my white sills 
mild clay would do it but would take forever.
I was also shown that Autoglyms super resin polish will actually remove the rubber too !
I use T-Cut to get it off mine,seem to work ok and it’s cheap

Andy you do not have to work as hard using the Autoglym Tar Remover, I’ve used both!
T-cut does work well, but is basically taking a layer of paint off everytime.
Best solution I found was to use a clay bar - takes the marks straight off with miminal effort and also paint friendly.
I don’t use T cut on the paint, just the armourfend
