Removing dash panels

I need to tidy up some wiring that disappears behind the passenger side dash panel…before I attack it with crowbar could someone please advise on the best way to remove it. Its just the panel on the pax side not the whole dash.

If you mean the small panel No20 on the image below, there are a couple of screws (No 27) underneath to remove then the panel pops out
