Yes JL and I have had words about that, not happy tbo but I can’t speak for the others and all is fine between JL and I
JL, for sure, knows how to deal with “trackday undesirables” 
Just my opinion, but you see that’s why I use BaT, I am the Yang in that equation! I like there service and I feel safe knowing they stick to their principles and that sort of hatred is really quite wrong

Bloody hell, what happened???
A guy turns up late, tries to get on without paying for individual briefing which is �50 on top of halfday trackday…chap gets the hump…doesn’t sort it on the day and then posts a foul mouth gripe on a forum…JL takes exception (rightly IMO)…internet argument breaks out…then calms down and all say sorry and move on.
In summary, someone who hadn’t pre-booked, turned up mid morning & hoped/expected to get on. He was told he couldn’t do the morning session, but was asked to check the position again at 1.30pm. Couldn’t wait until 1.30, so tried again - only to be told to do as he was originally asked.
When told there was an �50 charge (as per Bookatrack’s Terms & Conditions*), he kicked off - including extremely rude & offensive rantings, which were cross posted onto Bookatrack’s forum.
*“Additional drivers are charged at �50 each. However, the fee for one extra driver is waived if they arrive with the main driver.”
That is why I use BaT as well JL takes no crap from anyone no matter who it is

I was in the party that stayed the weekend in Betws-y-Coed, but this guy just turned up for the day. He knows the group, but I had never met him before.
Ahh right. His post on their forum is a little OTT. I wonder how he will react to more serious situations.
