Rear toe links upgrades - visual check

Hi all.

I have a s2 with various upgrades ( inherited )

I plan on running sticky tyres and tracking the car. I understand the need to upgrade the rear to something like a uniball toe link kit.

Can anyone tell me if I have this part already ( or equivalent upgrade )

Look standard to me. They are very amusing when they let go, mine did on an S1 Elise at Oulton Park.

Lots of options for replacements. I have used the Elise Parts upgrades and the Lotus upgrade. Both have been robust. The Lotus ones looked a better design to me.

Ill speak to Dan @ HPE automotive in the am. Appreciate your help.

Can you update this with whatever option you decide on? Upgrading these isn’t something I’ve thought to do, I’ve been running standard ones on track for years. I’m assuming you mean 888s, ZZRs AO48s or whatever when you say sticky and not slicks

From speaking to Dan - yes you can. He recommends Spitfire enginnering ones ( Suspension Refresh — HPE ) as these are the strongest for the weight and well engineered.

You are correct on the tyre front - I did mean sticky , not slicks. I have V105 Yoko on at the mo. They are ok, but certainly no track focused road going tyre
