Based on my want to improve cooling and reduce weight I want to remove the rear panel, some I have seen done look good and don’t rattle and others look shocking up close and wobble around, any thought on the better ones?

Which ones do you think are shocking up close and which ones do you like the look of? Hopefully nobody will be offended if you call them out.
Is the issue with engine bay cooling or the general exhaust as removing the rear panel alone will have little effect on engine bay temps. For that you need to consider more drastic options and consider losing the boot box.
No idea who makes any of them I have seen, never really been interested in having one so I have never asked who made them.

Keep your eyes on here, I have something a little bespoke coming up 
Once its done and so long as it works I’ll tell you how to DIY if you like it.
Hopefully wont wobble and will look a touch more OEM than the usual GT3 stuff. Will work out about half the price too.
