The S2 has a single piece drive flange and bearing all in one ‘pack’ They simply bolt to the hub with three bolts.
There have hardly been any failures to the S2 items from what I have heard. Hence why a number of S1 folks have moved to S2 style uprights with bolt in bearing packs.
