Thomas only answers emails when it suits him in my experience …
Some have had success in dealing with him , but not me I’m afraid … And I did try and make it easy for him …

I have never had a problem getting anything from Thomas, only snag has been with UK Customs.
All of the RLS stuff is very well put together.
Very pleased with the service and products.
Echo thoughts on HM customs .
I’m thinking about the bracket for the PC680 battery, but the price of it nearly doubles with shipping @ $40.
Shame there doesn’t appear to be a UK source.
I may draw something similar up and get it fabricated.
A good garage , dealing / working on classics should be able to fabricate one very easily , NOT rocket science
There is a guy on SELOC who makes this kind of thing, I’ll try and find details…
You don’t need the bracket for the battery it fits without one 
Yep I appreciate that, but quite like the look (and added security) of the RLS style bracket.
