these lights are good but the radio is now crap, hardly supprising as the antenna is right next to the balasts now!!
Does anybody have any experiance with either screen mounted or a postitionong a ‘bee sting’ antenna as an altertnative.

Think you mite struggle to be honest.
Have a set on my Seat Leon, ballasts at the front, aerial at the back, steel body and still get interference on weak stations. Thats before you consider that Lotus radio reception is a bit borderline at the best of times.

I thought that digitial ballasts no longer interfeered with the radio. I have the elise shop 4300k ones on mine and have no problem with my reception.
I have the elise shop ones on my scooby and they are fine.
The ones I had on my Leon were fine too.
