Hi All

I have been offered a 10% group buy discount on Stand 21 boots for 5 or more orders. I currently have 4 people (including myself) interested.

Today went to Brands Hatch to visit the Stand 21 showroom. Tried on a couple of pairs to get the size right. Seem to be very well made and a great fit. They also look superb, much better in the flesh. You can also customise them anyway you want i.e your name / car embroidered on the ankle strap etc.

I am a UK size 9 the equivalent EU size is 43, which works out at 9.5. These fitted perfectly. Stand 21 will be at Race Retro if you would like to try some. They will also be at Silverstone for the 24hr race on the 9th and 10th March.

These non standard boots are bespoke, made to order (although they do have standard boots available in popular colours) and therefore command a premium price

I must admit they were like putting on a pair of good fitting comfortable slippers. Plenty of feel through the sides and sole.

I think they’re round about £350-400 but agreed a price would be helpful. Don’t see the issue of putting it on here?

Correct not cheap but well made and fuly custom.

Stand 21 make proper excellent stuff.
Fortunately, for my wallet, my Adonis body comes in off the shelf sizes.

I specifically found boots with a thicker sole because the pedals in the Caterham get so unbelievably hot.

Despite the price they do look rather nice. I have a 10 yo pair of Puma’s I’m going back to after trying OMP and Adidas, both North of a ton. Next time I’m at Brands or Autosport I think I’ll try some. Just don’t tell my wife :mrgreen:

‘Interesting’ that the ‘blood group’ is embroided on the shoe… :eh: !!

I just wear my work boots. It saves taking two pairs of shoes to the track.
