racing lessons

Hi all, after 6 months of ownership i thought it was about time i tried a couple of trackdays. So as a complete novice, i was wondering if anybody here would recommend somebody or a company who gives lessons? Cheers, Craig.

There are more and more people doing this these days and there are many ways of tackling this requirement.

Lotus on Track is a friendly environment to start and has some excellent instructors. I believe if you join your first 20 min coaching is free.

A more expensive solution but more beneficial is to do a driver training day with some of the well known individuals like Walshy or Don Palmer.

IMO the best route is to hire an instructor for dedicated 1-2-1 all day at a trackday. Sharing with a friend is a more cost-effective way and can give you time in the car away from the instructor to try things.

I can personally recommend Malcolm Edeson (one of the LoT instructors), Sean Edwards, Tom Ferrier and Mike Wilds.
