Check out the front arch vents 
You can get a daytime only MoT to cover that, so no dramas there. I suspect the tyres and decat exhaust will prevent road use.
Day time not is ok, I had one on the 340r but to get one when I looked into the rules you have to have no lights except for brake lights and indicators not just no headlights. I had to remove the rear lights and number plate lights if I remember right. It’s an all or nothing rule.
Or just refit headlights and the 380 cat for mot time
