Autumn Lotus meet
Fancy a day out meeting other Lotus owners as well as seeing some motorsport up close and maybe even having a few pax laps arround the UK’s premier circuit Brands Hatch.
LoTRDC (Lotus on Track Racing Drivers Club) would like to invite you along to Brands Hatch on Sunday 29th October to Race Car Live!
There will be Lotus only parking along Colin Chapman way, just as we did back in June when over 300 Lotus turned up for the LoT evening BBQ in the rain.
LoTRDC will have a couple of garages with the Elise simulator set up offering you the chance to win some great Lotus and Motorsport prizes. Have a drink and a nibble on us.
Everyone who has a go on the Simulator will receive a voucher for a free ticket to the opening round of the LoTRDC Elise Trophy at Brands Hatch next March. Scuffers, Walshy and Steve Williams will be doing hot laps in their Elise race cars. Find out more about how you can follow the inaugural LoTRDC Elise Trophy 2007.
"Whether youre looking for your 2007 motorsport challenge or going car racing for the first time, Race Car Live! is a shop window in which you can see the cars on track, talk to the organisers and, if youre serious, try them out yourself.
Now in its third year, Race Car Live presents a selection of car manufacturers, championships, series and clubs in their most natural environment and at one of the UKs most prestigious venues.
Dozens of teams and organisations will be on hand, demonstrating their cars around the Indy circuit to show you what you could be racing next season. Single-seaters, touring cars, sports cars and more will be on display, including Formula Palmer Audi, T Cars, Radicals and Ginettas.
Whats more, to see what you could be driving at the very highest level, a contemporary Formula One car will grace Brands Hatch as ex-F1 and A1GP star Patrick Friesacher pilots the fantastic Minardi two-seater. If thats not enough, Renault will also be attending with a static display of their 2006 F1 racer, which by Race Car LIVE! might even be a World Champion!"
Gates open to the public at 8.30am but we’d suggest you arrive between 11am and 3pm.
IT’S ALL FREE!
