As always Proalloy have gone above and beyond, I realised at Oulton my charge cooler was leaking fluid along one of the welds, so before the car went to JS Racing (for the gearbox) I took it off and sent it back. Wayne called me a few days later to give me the bad news that it will need taking apart to see what has gone wrong. Wayne calls me back the next day to tell me they are going to have to replace it with the new design as mine was the prototype (there are a lot of improvements). Oh well I think, it has done me well, I asked him how much? He said it was free as a good will gesture.

Proalloy made me a one-off radiator with a standard size core so I could keep my air-con which incidentally I have got working very well after years of sorting the basic Lotus design.Very reasonable price.
