Hello,
was some one the Pro alloy chargecooler installed?
I had read that it get hotter on the track with the chargecooler when an AC is installed.
Was that only without the extra radiator from Pro Alloy?
Cheers
Tom

I’m not quite sure what you mean but I’ll try to answer anyway.
I have a proalloy charge cooler so am well placed to answer
If you get the charge cooler setup and use it in hot conditions, I would suggest you also buy the proalloy tripple pass engine rad, this will assist in keeping the engine temps under control, I only have the uprated Proalloy engine rad in my car and have not had any issues to date, but while it is apart you may as well add the best item you can (triple pass was not available when mine was done)
Thank ade you have answer my question. When you said that you have not any issues with the uprated radiator.
Nope no issues at all, I have run for 30 minute track sessions on hot days and still not got over 92oC engine temps, my charge temps on those days was only around 15oC above ambient. I am also running a lot more boost than a std car total about 9.5psi and 300ish hp 205 lb/ft of torque
Hi Ade,
How do you manage to measure your AIT on a trackday? I guess your not all fast and furious with a laptop on your passenger seat
Via the ODB port and my reader and some tape to hold it down, I can’t do it for long as it plays havock with the dash using the reader
