Senseless car breaker! That’s not rallying that is just irresponsible and the hazard should have been clearly marked by the stage officials. I’m glad that someone had the decency to warn drivers eventually.
yeah that’s gotta be some bent chassis legs in there and some cars sounded so sick as they limped off.
Only one rad fatality though.
That’s the only bit of Rally Wales/GB I’ve viewed this year. Fallen out with it in a big way since it changed from being a proper rally.
And I was bitchin yesterday about the pothole that took out my $1.200.00 wheel and $450.00 tire on my CLS 55…
That would remove the entire front end of new Rally Exige…
I wonder how the top seeded cars (i.e. WRC title contenders) got on there. I bet they were warned and some irresponsible numpty removed the hazard boards once the ‘no-hopers’ arrived, just for the ‘sport’. I’ve seen it a few times on continental events and I’m sure many will remember the stories or Italian fans putting big rocks in the middle of Monte Carlo stages once the Lancias had been through…or did it really just open up as the day went on? Anyone know?
