I am aware that there is a war between Mr D Andrews and Mr S Erland.
I would like to say on this subject that I respect the work of each of them, but personally I work with Mr S Erland.
Also, I would say that I will not discuss with anyone, because my aim is to help, not get always the reason.
I ask forgiveness, because my English is not as good as I would like.
I want to say to Johnboy, that if you want to test any product mine, I will be happy to sell it to him, but if you do not know my work, please refrain from criticizing.
So far all engines 1.8/1.9 and 2.0 k, worked perfectly and I do not have any customer who is dissatisfied with my work.

Parts availability depends on the manufacturers, but between receive material and condition approximately 8 weeks for make short block.

Do you have any prices/figures for your 2ltr engine ?

Any idea of cost of full engine replacement and the resulting bhp output ?

The bhp, depend on many things, your cams, your tbs, your airbox, your piston head, ratio compression, spark plugs, fuel RON …
But increase of approximately 1.8 to 2.0 will give you between 25 and 35 bhp more, if the other components are the same.
There are several options; engine track days or competition, and you can make besides, many combinations of pieces.
Even the flywheels that lighten in 1 kg and it is your weight in only 3.2 kg
