I am riding the 140 miles of the Coast to Coast cycleway from Workington to Tynemouth next month with three friends in an effort to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Many of you have supported me in previous charity cycling efforts, including Land’s End to John O’ Groats, and I hope that you will be willing to make a donation.
The idea of riding the C2C came from a friend who has close personal experience of the misery and heartache which is caused by the disease and that is why I am joining with him to try to raise money to find a cure.

I hope you can give me your support in two ways.

Thanks, Tim. Much appreciated. I think we chose Workington to avoid some hills but with extra fuel on board maybe we could change he plan.
