Anyone got any experience with Plastidip as an alternative to wrapping?

Youtube video’s make it look ridiculously easy!
If it lasts it is a great solution IMO. Fancy mine in matt black.

I was quite impressed with Dans car actually. Close up and to the touch the finish was not brilliant by any means but for how much it cost him to do it is certainly worth thinking about, especially if you car is in desperate need of a full respay but funds wont allow it… As for a sub for wrap then i’d say yes.
With anything like this, I imagine some who has more experience working with it to someone doing it as a hobby will see varied results.
I thought Dans looked great… not sure I’d do it to a pride and joy, but for a track car it looks great stuff.
In the photos, Dan’s car looks great. Not looking for a perfect finish, more interested in driving it than polishing it, but had the car nearly 9 years and fancy a bit of a change. No intention of changing the car, unless anyone fancies a swap with a 211, so perhaps a new colour before Anglesey.
Dan’s car.
how do you put it on? Can you remove it like wrap? I have never heard of the stuff…
stray on, many layers built up.
peels off like when you used to get PVA glue on your hands as a kid.
Worth doing just for that
Do it Will, I think that Matt Blue would look mental on your car.
Or you could get it wrapped the same colour/finish. I’ve been well impressed with my wrap…
