Hi all,

I’m planning my first mods and would like to know if anyone has any advice or comments. The plan is to have Plans fit Pagid RS14 pads and stainless steel brake lines. They aso use ‘competition’ brake fluid.

Thoughts? Should I also get grooved disks? (a bunch more money).

Nah - just replace them when you need to

Plans did my pads plus braided hoses (plus Nitrons, Oz Wheels, AO48, ARB & geo.) Top job, nice people and really know their stuff. Standard discs are fine, don’t waste your money.

If I were you I would replace the discs as the standard Lotus ones are made of cheese.

Thanks for the confirmation, I made my appointment for the first week of May. I figure I’ll need new pads anyway after Croft!
