Whenever I get on a little bump something behind me gives a big piepI suppose its the suspensionIt got worse when my dealer put the suspension 1.25 cm higher (was hitting the road too much before)Anyone with the same problem ?Solution ?Eric

That would be the ‘yip’ then. Don’t worry, most dealers would make you pay extra.Cheers

It’s the famous yip - every lucky Exige has one - try doing a search on this board for “yip” - theories of it’s origin vary from being a rubbing tyre to a small mouse caught in the suspension strut [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/wink.gif[/image]

Nearly all of us have this sound… It only happens every now and then… There is nothing consistent about it. Nobody really knows what the hell it is.I’ve had the Exige 14 months and it hasn’t fallen apart yet so it can’t be anything to worry about!Tim

Try tightening the allen screws on the outside roof/rear clam section!
