Tips as follows -
Know all the flags - get one wrong and it’s an instant fail
In the theory test the safest answer is always the right one
On the driving part don’t drive too slow or too fast, hit the apexes and be as smooth as possible. A spin or off will be a fail.
It’s pretty easy really but for all those considering doing the ARDS test I’d be quick - the test will be changing and getting much tougher soon

Sean has already offered to be a mobile chicane for me while I do the driven part of the test. 
Will just have to work out how slow “not too fast” is
