i remember reading/hearing that unless the ticket is put on your vehicle, no offence can be recorded against you…
so if you see the SLAG writing a ticket, but drive off before he/she places it on your car, you can’t be got
anyone know if this is true?

Tried that once, but when i got home i noticed the ticket stuck to the rear quarter panel

thats correct, in Edinburgh they also need a photo with it on the car. Not sure if thats also the case elsewhere…
