- What happened to Sean, I could not even see a qually time?
- What happened to Steve/Matt in GT Cup, not even making 1lap?
Andy had a good drive and a bit of good fortune in the first… although the good fortune made up for the bad fortune off the start line 
Sean wasn’t racing… his car is in bits getting some brummie lovin’

AFAIK, a Porsche hit Steve (Kinetic) at Shell Bend, which spun him round. Unfortunately, this was right in Matt’s path, who had no chance of avoiding Steve (drivers okay). I didn’t see either of the cars after the incident, but was told it was not pretty.
No doubt Sean will elucidate the above, & correct any incorrect aspects.
Was great to see a good turnout of Exigers - especially Damon who enjoyed showing everyone his “battle scars”

Yeah great day yesterday, was a pretty busy few days for us.
Unfortunatly we just ran out of time getting my car ready, its amazing how things just don’t go your way sometimes. As an example I have changed the size (diameter) of the bolt that goes through the outer rose joint on the rear upper and lower wishbones. I go to the bolt shop that has 100% of the time previously had what I want in stock and they didn’t have this new bolt and it took a day and a half to get, which then put my machine shop a day and a half behind with the machining on the uprights etc etc. We had a few of these things go on, so that was that I guess. We are gonna try or hardest to get it ready for next weekend.
Steve, went up the inside of a 997 into Shell, and the 997 turned in on him, which spun both of them round, but left them both stationary on the track. Cars dived right and left to get out of the way, but unfortunatly Matt didn’t quite miss Steve and hit the rear passenger side really hard. The body work will all repair, but it has bent the hub, both wishbones and actually split the rear subframe open.
Everyone was OK though so that’s the main thing I guess.
Well done to Andy he had a great time in both races. We are improving his car all of the time though, so fingers crossed Oulton is a sign of things to come.
