Spoke to Roy D today - feel like I’m going to miss out if I don’t turn up.I just need to scratch like a little grub tonight and buy the bird some dinner and I reckon I’ll be there!

It was great to see Roy, & both Mikes again today - enjoying the typical Northern sunshine ;DHope you all had safe journeys home - the M6 Southwards looked hellish busy as Russ, Shaggy & myself joined it going North late in the afternoon.Hope to see Mr Turner in Le Mans, in just over 1 weeks time [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image]

PeskyTop day out - all credit for the other Exige lads 2x Russ’s & new boy!Fab weather - brilliant track conditions - excellento!Only slight downfall was Roy’s clutch reservoir breaking but then getting fixed by some top local lads in Wales, and, me, my alternator packed up but made it home with top help from Roy D, Mike T & John - Couldn’t have got home without you lads -Thanks very much!Pesky - Lemans we will see you at! - I have the memory of a small amoeba - was it evening or afternoon at Arnage on Friday??

Nice pics Mike!I spotted a black Exige oil cap on the engine bay shot. A word of warning, mine jump out due to trackday treatment. Made a right mess of the engine bay. It had jumped on top of the manifold and turned a golden colour due to the heat! Despite being re-fitted it poped off again 3 laps later and disappeared, in a puff of smoke, somewhere on the circuit.I think it did so because it is made of a different metal to the head and didn’t expand at the same rate, making it loose.I’m sticking with the original yellow one, shame as I liked the look.Ian [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image]

Cheers Ian, I have kept an eye on it, but it seems to stay tight - too tight to undo sometimes…
