Original ECU in the Exige

Does anybody know wheter the original ECU in the Exige is made by Lotus or is it from EFI?

I thought is was a GM unit. Same as in V8 Esprit?

hmmm…to tell ya the through, I thought it was similar to the Esprit one as well. So, if it was from the Esprit, would that mean it was from GM?

I’m pretty sure it’s the same as the Esprit V8. The Esprit ECU is definately a Lotus product. It’s made by an outside company, but it was commissioned by Lotus to their own spec.
